Follow these eight exercises to warm up your hips before you do any kind of workout. Brian Klepacki from Critical Bench suggested these exercises that can be done at home. Exercises include hips-up, hips up with cross leg, 45-degree angle glup bridge, bird dog, all fours, rocking the hip down, rock forward and sit back.
This eight exercise is easy to do at home without any equipment. You need to repeat the each exercise 3 times to get a better result.
