What do you need to do?
The exercise in the video is called 90-90 heal lift. Put your right knee on the ground and the left ankle, knee, and hip should be at 90-degree angle. Secondly, pull up your right heel and press gently towards you. Stay in the 90-90 heel position and press yourself slightly forward if you cannot pull it. For Improved and stronger squats repeat the stretch with the other leg.
